Alfgeir's Pecan Finger Cookies ("Electrum Bars") Dreiburgen Yule 2005
Mold into finger-shaped gobs of dough. This recipe usually makes between 50 and 60 for me, obviously depending on how big they are. Bake at 250 F for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or at 275 F for 1 hour. They will be firm but not brown when done. When removed from the oven and still fairly hot, roll them in powdered sugar on a plate or in a bowl so that sugar will melt onto them.
